Operation Principle: The connected angle between inlet and outlet of cylinder is about 240°, and the rotor and cylinder form a sealed space between the inlet and outlet. This space is full of air. Its pressure becomes a difference between inlet and outlet. Lowering the pressure difference, decreasing leakage between rotor and cylinder, it is possible to improve volume efficiency and mechanical efficiency to save energy. The gas of high temperature at discharge side won’t return to the suction side to ensure a small temperature rise so the pump can be operated under heavy load. In addition, the noise of the complete set of equipment is not very large because the small temperature rise and tiny operating change between bearing and timing gear. |
