● The company imported Taiwan Dahlih CNC for machining the parts of roots blower of middle and large size.
● The problem of shapers’ low precision was solved by introducing several back-forth curve machining planers. Based on the experience accumulated in many years’ co-operation with roots blower manufacturers, Nanjing XFD Equipment Co., Ltd. developed this new type planer that is specially designed for curve machining of roots blower rotors.
● The parts precision and production ability has been improved by replacement of some old equipment since 2010.
 CNC:
We introduced the complete set of advanced horizontal CNC from OKUMA Co. There are 60 special cutting-tools in tool storage. The CNC is specially used in the fine finishing of the cylinders and end covers of high precision BK three-lobe roots blowers. It fulfills the processing from semi-finished products to finished goods of high precision.
NC Machine:
The NC machine of high precision is mainly used in the processing of HC low noise rotary blower.
